🦾 Life in our team:

We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate IT team in Barcelona. You will be joining a team of 3 people plus the manager (each of these people manages different countries). 

We continuously add value by improving existing processes and have regular team meetings to analyze the work that has been done to find possible bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvements. The role covers two fundamental axes:

• Automation and integrations.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding.

What we will do together:

• Work in a hybrid environment using both Agile and ITIL (non-strict) methodologies.
• Freely explore and experiment with new technologies that would add value. 
• Teach, educate, and transmit knowledge to the Company members.

How we work:

• We have Team Projects developed in tandem or individually aligned with the Business needs.
• Work autonomously both in time and task management.
• Pair or Team programming while working on scripting and automation.

💡 What you will do:

• Own Issues, Service Request, and Projects from start to finish.
• Help and educate company employees.
• Record and track your activity in our ITSM software.
• Keep the inventory and the documentation up to date.
• Autonomously execute housekeeping tasks.
• Comply and improve internal policies and standards.

🔎 What we are looking for:

❗Please keep in mind that, although we would love to meet you, to proceed with your application, a valid working permit for (Spain) is needed.❗

• A minimum of three plus (3+) years of related experience in computer hardware, and software, and in the set-up, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
• Identity Management (such as Active Directory, LDAP, OKTA).
• Experience in using ticketing tools.
• Experience in setup and usage of Collaborative Tools such as Office 365, Google, Workspace, Slack, Teams, and Discord.
• Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux OSes.
• Experience writing scripts with Bash, Python, Powershell. 
• “Loves” documentation, both in reading and writing.
• Continuously seek improvement of the IT processes, and work.
• Comfortable taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle.

➕ These skills are enough but…it will be a plus if you have:

• Git version control system experience.
• Jira Software / Jira Service Management knowledge.
• SOHO(+) Networking knowledge, networking services, and experience in troubleshooting.
