Our LaEncontre Peru team is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to complete our sales team in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will lead a team, but also develop and maintain relationships with professional real estate agencies with a goal of subscribing them to our LaEncontre portal in Peru. For this position, we are looking for a sales-driven and tech-savvy professional with leadership qualities who will focus on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generated revenue.
What you will do:
- Lead the sales team by defining their objectives, providing guidance, support and encouragement to help the team achieve sales goals.
- Identify real estate companies across the country as potential clients and take ownership of the whole sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to nurturing existing accounts assigned in your portfolio.
- Mentor the team to apply consultative sales methodology while demonstrating the value and benefits of our product for the clients needs.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
- Interact and negotiate with key decision makers of the client’s business in a complex sales cycle.
- Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
- Comply with the assigned monthly/annual sales budget and adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.
What we expect from you:
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) leading high-performance sales teams in a SaaS or digital business.
- Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar will be a plus.
- Native level of Spanish and professional level of English (this is a must).
