Talent Acquisition Partner (Business)

Talent Acquisition is a very important part of our people strategy and that’s why we now are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to raise the bar in sourcing, engaging and recruiting great people, to innovate the way we attract talent, and to do great things with us! In this role, you will be focusing mainly on Sales and Business roles (which include Product, Marketing and other roles that are not tech).

We are embracing a remote-first approach and you can choose to be home-based or office based. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is near our Madrid or Barcelona offices so we can see each other in person from time to time.

 

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to kick off recruitment based on their needs and lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Write attractive job descriptions and come up with ways to have them reach maximum visibility online.
  • Source proactively and select profiles through different tools (internal ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms).
  • Screen and interview candidates to make sure their profile matches the role and our company culture.
  • Work towards your OKRs and track the progress by keeping an eye on data and TA metrics. 
  • Contribute to other HR projects such as employer branding, internal or external events, social media, etc.

 

We expect from you to:

  • Have a few years of experience recruiting outstanding talent in the Sales & Business area, preferably within fast-growing tech companies.
  • Be user-focused with the hiring managers and prospecting candidates while nurturing long-term stakeholder partnerships.
  • Have a real passion for talent acquisition and ambition to grow.
  • Have examples of how you improved internal processes for increased velocity and better candidate experience.
  • Be proactive to think out of the box when it comes to initiating new methods of talent attraction.
  • Have a solid understanding of the tech ecosystem and its job market intelligence.
  • Speak both English and Spanish at the negotiation level.
