We are looking for a Customer Success executive, based in Barcelona. This person will be a key piece in our team, with knowledge of SaaS industry, being passionate about customers’ satisfaction; someone who is not afraid of challenges, and is keen to give support naturally, as well as taking data-driven determinations.

This role will be based in Barcelona, reporting to our Head of Customer Success. You will be able to choose to either work office-based or home-based.

What you will do:

As a Customer Success executive, you will be in contact with part of our portfolio by performing a track on their lifecycle with us, pursuing their growth and success; contact customers that are due for renewal and engage value-based sales approach to facilitate the process of renewing their subscriptions and demonstrate your upselling skills.

Some of its main responsibilities will be:


  • Approach our current customers prior to renewal dates.
  • Renegotiate contracts, upselling activities.
  • Support and guide customers through our product and pursue business success by using it.
  • Identify solutions to customers’ issues and concerns.
  • Be capable of engaging with prospects appropriate to their needs and metrics.
  • Achieve the agreed targets and be in line with KPIs.
  • Gather product feedback.



  • Professional Spanish and English level.
  • +1 years experience in sales or similar.
  • Experience with HubSpot, or any other CRM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in the required languages.
  • Account management and/or customer retention experience.
