Within this flexible and adaptable organization, we are looking for a Global Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. In this role, you are proactivity, expertise in recruitment (ideally in the technology space), coupled with at least two more things: a strong analytical mind and a great capacity to influence, coach, and support.

What you will do: 

  • Management of a full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process across all senioritis, functions, business lines, and markets where Lifull Connect is present and expanding. The role has a strong international focus.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on their strategic and proactive recruitment needs, and understand the business to effectively support hiring needs.
  • Create, design, and conduct sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled candidates, this includes identifying talent gaps with hiring managers, developing search strategies and target lists.
  • Identify and match open positions with ideal candidates and apply recruiting strategies and techniques to proactively source, engage, and evaluate potential candidates to fill positions. 
  • Develop a strong pool of qualified candidates by posting on various job boards/networking sites, social media, and other sources.
  • Train hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview process.
  • Represent and build our brand through employer branding initiatives on social media, conferences, and webinars.
  • Administer and remain “data accurate” with our ATS. Producing timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other People team members to ensure a high level of candidate experience.
  • Focus on providing innovative ideas and solutions in support of continuously improving the process and candidate experience.

 

What we expect from you:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in a multicultural environment, either in-house or agency.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition projects from rolling out Interview training to remote onboarding guidance programs.
  • Stakeholder management is key. You must have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
  • You are highly detail-oriented and have previous experience working with complex recruitment and hiring processes.
  • You have worked extensively with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • You are experienced in sourcing and attracting top-quality passive talents.
  • You have excellent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Expertise in recruiting for Technology talent is a plus.
  • Experience executing and measuring the success of recruitment strategies is a plus.
