Employee Relations Administrator

We are looking for an Employee Relations Administrator. In this role your mission will be to handle and be the reference point for all aspects of Employe Relations in the LatAm region, including employee documentation, payroll, compliance with labor regulations and Health & Safety.

 What will be your responsibilities: 

  • Manage contracts and contribute to the Employee Relations team in all the entities in LatAm.
  • Prepare all employee documentation according to the local standards (contracts, addendums, agreements, letters, etc)
  • Make sure that employee documentation is updated (both physical and digital).
  • Deal with external advisors and HR suppliers.
  • Set out different sorts of reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate hires and terminations to the different stakeholders on time and correctly.
  • Coordinate the delivery of working tools together with the IT department.
  • Receive and answer labor inquiries.
  • Tracking labor incapacities.

 What you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in HR.
  • A very solid knowledge of Colombia + other LatAm country labor laws will be valued.
  • You are used to working with governmental agencies.
