Within this flexible and adaptable organization, we are looking for a Finance Assistant eager to learn and grow who can join us in the Finance Department, with the day to day operations.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Administrative management of bank accounts.
  • Executing payment transactions of the company through electronic banking systems.
  • Treasury and Admin support: conciliations, deposits, incidences management and cash closing.
  • General Administration support.
  • Follow up of overdue invoices.
  • Management of bank direct debits.

  • Don’t mind rolling your sleeves up.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & Spanish.
  • Multi-tasking and analytical skills are critical.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel is a must).
  • Experience with ERP Business Central and/or Navision is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication & customer relations skills.
