🦾 Life in our team: 

You will join the financial team, made up of 19 colleagues plus the financial director of the entire department. You will work hand in hand with both of the Finance Managers of the Spanish team, but you will have contact also with our colleagues in Asia. 

💡 What you will do:

  • Control and execution of the entire billing process of the services we provide in Spain & Southeast Asia (including communication/regularization of incidents).
  • Posting of supplier’s invoices received and payments.
  • Posting of payroll expenses.
  • Other administration tasks, such as control and reconciliation of cash in petty cash and bank accounts. Preparation of Cash Flows and management of the Group’s required loans.

🔎 What we are looking for:

  • Vocational training in accounting (FP or Bachelor’s degree) with some experience working in similar roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to record and process large amounts of data.
  • Experience working with ERP Business Central/Navision or other accounting ERP.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.
