We are currently recruiting for the position of Marketing Manager in our Ho Chi Minh Office in Vietnam.



What will be your responsibilities: 

  • Focus on the Dot Property Vietnam website. Ensure that all performance will achieve their targets.
  • Develop and Manage online marketing campaigns for SEO, PPC and Affiliate Channel. Work collaborate with the regional online marketing team.
  • Responsibility for budgetary control of digital marketing activities.
  • Follow regional online marketing strategy, keep consistency as the regional campaign structure. Also initiate local Vietnam marketing strategy.
  • Manage content on the website and handle outsourcing contents.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns for high profile real estate clients.
  • Drive the clients’ campaigns to meet milestones, delivery dates and achieve the targets.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to have a cross-category view of all programs according to team’s strategies. Execute campaign plan in local market.
  • Control the media budget of each campaign including expenditure according to the campaign’s budget.
  • Ensure program objectives and communication objectives are clearly defined and measurable.
  • Continually optimize and refine campaign planning and execution processes.
  • Work alias with Sales team, the vendors and media partners for the company’s events.



What we need you to bring to the table:

  • Degree in News Media, Communications, Marketing or related fields
  • 3 years and above proven experience in managing marketing programs
  • Knowledge about Digital Media Advertising, especially Search Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Understand campaign, media and digital planning
  • English and Vietnamese proficiency
  • Understand campaign, media and digital planning
  • CRO and UX: General understanding of usability design and conversion rate optimization and design
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset with positive attitude
  • Willing to learn new skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Media Production Scheduling and Control
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Vietnamese Native
