By a) accepting or signing a quotation b) attending the event or c) paying us for any service related to the Awards, you, as Attendee, acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agree, without reservation, with the following Terms and Conditions.

 

THE SCOPE OF THE AWARDS

These terms are applicable to the SOUTHEAST ASIA REAL ESTATE AWARDS by DOT PROPERTY GROUP & LAMUDI at both regional and national levels including:

PHILIPPINES REAL ESTATE AWARDS

INDONESIA REAL ESTATE AWARDS

VIETNAM REAL ESTATE AWARDS

CAMBODIA REAL ESTATE AWARDS

SOUTHEAST ASIA REAL ESTATE AWARDS GRAND FINAL

 

These Awards independently recognize the developers, projects and agencies which performed best during the previous year in Southeast Asia.

 

INVOICING

We are a digital media company group throughout Southeast Asia, composed of different legal entities. To identify the entity responsible for each venue and entity which will invoice you, please check the following list:

 

 

TICKETS FOR THE EVENT

Purchased tickets or packages are non-refundable.

 

Tickets do not cover any travel and accommodation costs, which is at the Attendees expense.

 

If applicable, taxes will be added to the invoice amount.

 

Should you fail to make payment before the due date, Dot Property Group reserves the right to cancel your ticket to the venue.

 

Attendees have to provide complete and updated information at the time of purchasing the tickets for the event and subsequently if any information is modified.  Dot Property Group will be entitled to request documents to support the information you render to us.

 

Purchased tickets are nominative and must not be transferred without Dot Property Group’s consent.

 

COPYRIGHT

Attendees may not use, reproduce, alter or distribute in any way Dot Property Group’s copyright, without prior consent. If consent is granted, such licence will be revocable at any time.

 

If  you decide to share your pictures on your company’s websites or social media accounts, this will be subject to the Terms contained herein. The Attendee will not publish any image of the event in a way that could be perceived as unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or that could be protected by Dot Property Group’s or third parties’ copyright, or  which otherwise could potentially expose Dot Property Group to any liability.

 

Our copyright and Intellectual Property Rights comprise trademarks, know-how, patents, licences, logos, client information, databases, sales packages structure, Award designs, amongst others.

 

You understand that your use of other attendee’s intellectual property rights is at your sole risk and Dot Property Group will not be, under any circumstance, liable for your actions.

 

You hereby grant Dot Property Group the right to take pictures of yourself during the venue celebration and to use such pictures linked to the Awards and related web pages (including but not limited to Blog pages, social media channels, email database, PR agency, local news and media outlets). You understand such authorization is free of cost and for a worldwide basis.

 

SPONSORSHIPS

If you act on behalf of a company and it provides any gift bag items, promotional materials or staffing for any on-site display/sampling area, you understand it will be subject to Dot Property’s approval. You will be responsible to obtain all necessary authorizations  and waivers  for all sponsorship materials, gift bag items, and sample or other promotional items to be provided by it, including the distribution and/or display thereof. You are wholly liable for any provided material.

 

TERMINATION

Dot Property Group is entitled to terminate this agreement and deny access to the venue if:

• There is any material breach of these Terms by the Attendee or, if applicable, the company it represents.

• Attendees breach any applicable regulations to the event or engage in any inappropriate or unethical activity.

• If a minor breach occurs which is not remedied within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of the receipt of the notice.

• Attendee  enters into liquidation, administration or circumstances of similar nature prior to paying the relevant fee.

 

Termination will entitle Dot Property to further claim any damages and remedies under applicable legislation and these Terms.

 

In the event the Attendee requests an early termination of this agreement no fee will be reimbursed.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes and cancels, unless expressly agreed, any prior oral or written agreements, representation, understanding, arrangement, communication or expression of intent relating to the subject matter.

 

Dot Property Group reserves the right to modify these Terms with a 30 day notice to Attendees.

 

Failure by either party hereto to exercise or enforce any rights conferred upon it by this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any subsequent time or times.

 

Should one or more provisions contained in this Agreement be rendered void or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.

 

Attendees may not assign the rights and/or duties arising from this agreement without Dot Property Group’s prior written consent.

 

LIABILITY 

Dot Property Group assumes no liability regarding the following events:

• Changes in applicable regulations, even if such amendments imply a change in the delivery of our services.

• Events of force majeure, unexpected circumstances, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest or events of similar nature.

• Personal injuries, thefts or losses. Attendees need to take care of their belongings and follow the venue’s safety instructions at all times.

• By giving you an Award we make no guarantee regarding the quality, security or compliance of your business and real estate projects. Attendees will not imply otherwise to third parties.

 

Dot Property Group is under no circumstances liable to any claim brought to you by third parties regarding your business or real estate projects.

 

Attendees will indemnify and keep Dot Property Group harmless against any and all claims (and all related costs) brought by third parties directly or indirectly in connection with their breach of this agreement or any instructions given during the Awards.

 

Dot Property Group’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Attendee as fee or ticket for the event.

 

INDEPENDENT PARTIES 

Parties are independent. This Agreement does not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between the parties. Each party will be solely responsible for their own activities.

 

Attendees shall not state or lead any party to believe that Dot Property Group has endorsed them or any of their projects.

 

DATA PROTECTION 

Your data will be processed in order to provide our services during the event

 

During the event we are going to take pictures of the attendees, being this necessary for the correct development of the event and its dissemination in the company´s and third-party media.

 

The data will be processed only for the purposes expressed, not being able to be processed for different purposes from those described herein. Personal data will be kept as long as it is necessary for the agreed purpose. Your image, name, company you represent and voice data can be viewed by anyone who accesses these media. The rest of the personal data will not be transferred to third parties outside Dot Property Group.

 

You have the right to access your personal data subject to processing, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when the data is  no longer necessary for the purposes that was  collected, in addition to exercising the right of opposition, restriction of the processing and data portability.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

In the event a dispute arises, Dot Property Group and Attendee shall first try to resolve the dispute amicably.

 

If, however, Parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 15 days, then disputes shall be settled according to the rules and jurisdiction set below:
