APPLICABLE TERMS TO SPONSORSHIP OF DOT PROPERTY AWARDS
By signing, confirming a sponsorship quotation or paying us for any sponsorship service, you, as Client, acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed, without reservation, with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
1) DOT PROPERTY AWARDS
Dot Property Awards recognizes the developers, projects and agencies which performed best during the previous year.
2) DOT PROPERTY GROUP
We are a digital media company group throughout South East Asia, composed of different legal entities. To identify the entity responsible for each venue and entity which will invoice you, please check the following list:

3) RIGHTS AS SPONSORS
As Client you will obtain the following rights:
- Winner Logo usage:
- Winner Trophy:
- Framed Winner Certificate:
- Promotion of winner through Dot Property and Media Partners
- Any additional rights, if applicable, will be stated in your individual quotation.
4) OBLIGATIONS AS SPONSORS
As Client you are subject to the following obligations:
- Provide complete and updated information and, subsequently, if any information is modified. Dot Property Group will be entitled, at any time, to request documents to support the information provided.
- You are entitled to sign on behalf of your company or if you are a natural person, you are above 18.
- Pay within time limitation stated in the invoice.
- Comply with these Terms and any instructions from Dot Property employees regarding the Dot Property awards.
- You understand Dot Property shall not guarantee you an exclusivity and that other competitors may be also sponsoring the event.
- If you or your company provided any gift bag items, as well as promotional materials or staffing for any on-site display/sampling area, you understand it will be subject to Dot Property’s approval. You will be responsible to obtain all necessary permissions and releases for all sponsorship materials, gift bag items, and sample or other promotional items to be provided by it, including the distribution and/or display thereof. You are wholly liable for any provided material.
5) TERM OF SPONSORSHIP
These Terms shall be applicable until the celebration of the Dot Property Awards event, notwithstanding obligations which shall survive termination.
6) SPONSORSHIP FEE
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
If applicable, taxes will be added to the invoice amount.
Should you fail to make payment before the due date according to your invoice or with these Terms, Dot Property Group reserves the right to cancel your sponsorship to the venue.
7) COPYRIGHT
As Client you hereby agree:
- not use, reproduce, alter or distribute in any way Dot Property Group’s copyright, without prior consent. If consent is granted, such licence will be revocable at any time.
- not to use any image of the event, Dot Property’s Intellectual property rights or any third parties’ in a way that could be perceived as unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or that could be protected by third parties’ copyright, which could potentially expose Dot Property Group to any liability. Our copyright and Intellectual Property Rights comprise trademarks, know-how, patents, licences, logos, client information, databases, sales packages structure, Award designs, amongst others.
- You understand that the use of your copyright by attendees is outside Dot Property’s control and we will not be, under any circumstance, liable for any such actions.
- We hereby grant each other a non exclusive, non transferable licence of use of our trademarks for the purpose of this agreement.
- Any publication of your trademarks does not imply a guarantee on our side regarding the quality, security or compliance of your business and real estate projects. The Client will not imply otherwise to third parties.
8) TERMINATION
Dot Property is entitled to terminate this agreement if:
- There is any material breach of these Terms, the company’s instructions or any applicable regulation by the Client or, if applicable, the company it represents.
- If a minor breach occurs which is not remedied within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of the receipt of the notice.
- Client enters into liquidation, administration or circumstances of similar nature.
Termination will entitle Dot Property to further claim any damages and remedies under applicable legislation and these Terms.
In the event the Client requests an early termination of this agreement no fee will be reimbursed.
9)MISCELLANEOUS
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes and cancels, unless expressly agreed, any prior oral or written agreements, representation, understanding, arrangement, communication or expression of intent relating to the subject matter.
Dot Property Group reserves the right to modify these Terms with a 30 day notice to Attendees.
A failure by either party hereto to exercise or enforce any rights conferred upon it by this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any subsequent time or times.
Should one or more provisions contained in these Terms be rendered void or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
You may not assign the rights and/or duties arising from this agreement without Dot Property Group’s prior written consent. Dot Property is entitled to transfer these agreement to any entity within its business Group.
10) LIABILITY
Dot Property Group assumes no liability regarding the following events:
- Changes in applicable regulations, even if such amendments imply a change in the delivery of our services.
- Events of force majeure, unexpected circumstances, acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemics, civil unrest or events of similar nature.
- Personal injuries, thefts or losses caused by the Client or any ot the rendered material.
- Dot Property Group is under no circumstances liable to any claim brought to you by third parties regarding your business.
- The Client will indemnify and keep Dot Property Group harmless against any and all claims (and all related costs) brought by third parties directly or indirectly in connection with their breach of this agreement or any instructions given by Dot Property Group.
- Dot Property Group’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client as sponsorship fee or ticket. Dot Property Group shall not indemnify indirect, punitive, consequential damages or losses of profit.
11) INDEPENDENT PARTIES
Parties are independent. This Agreement does not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between the parties. Each party will be solely responsible for their own activities.
You are not permitted to represent that you have been endorsed or lead any party to believe you have been endorsed.
12) DATA PROTECTION
Your data will be processed in order to provide our services during the event. The legal basis is the performance of a contract.
The data will be processed only for the purposes expressed, not being able to be processed for different purposes from those described herein. Personal data will be kept as long as they are necessary for the agreed purpose.
You have the right to access your personal data subject to processing, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that was collected, in addition to exercising the right of opposition, restriction of the processing and data portability.
You may exercise these rights by writing to privacy.team@lifullconnect.com. If you consider your request (exercise of data protection rights) was not duly attended you can file a complaint with the corresponding Data Protection Authority.
13) JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
In the event a dispute arises, Dot Property Group and the Client shall first try to resolve the dispute amicably. If, however, Parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 15 days, then disputes shall be settled according to the rules and jurisdiction set below:
